Boards, firmware and enclosures are designed by our own engineers, so we can customise quickly and support for the long term.
A Hong Kong hardware manufacturer with a global footprint
Byton Technology Limited designs and manufactures industrial computing hardware — embedded computers, motherboards, rackmount platforms, panel PCs, edge AI and rugged systems — for system integrators, OEMs and infrastructure operators in more than 40 countries.

Reliable hardware is engineered, not assembled
Byton Technology was founded in Hong Kong in 2011 by a small team of embedded engineers who believed that industrial customers deserved hardware designed for their environment — not re-badged consumer products. Starting with a single industrial motherboard, we grew into a vertically integrated manufacturer that controls every stage from circuit design to final test.
Today our 18,000 m² campus in Tai Po InnoPark houses hardware R&D, four SMT lines, a box-build floor, a 1,200-position burn-in line and a reliability laboratory. More than 650 people across Hong Kong and our regional offices work together to deliver seven product families in four performance tiers — from compact fanless PCs to dual-socket servers and IP67 rugged computers.
Hong Kong gives us a unique position: direct access to the world's densest electronics supply chain in the Greater Bay Area, combined with an international legal, financial and logistics hub. From here we ship to regional warehouses in Dubai, Frankfurt and Nairobi and support customers through offices in the Middle East, Europe, Central Asia and Africa.
Our mission is simple: build computing hardware that keeps running for a decade in places where failure is expensive — factories, railways, ports, energy sites, hospitals and data centres.
Our own SMT, assembly and test lines give us full control of quality, lead time and traceability.
Every unit is burn-in tested; every design passes thermal, vibration and EMC validation before release.
Regional teams provide stock, RMA service and engineering support in your time zone and language.

- 01Requirement & architecture
Application engineers translate workload, environment and certification needs into a hardware specification.
- 02Board & mechanical design
Schematics, PCB layout, thermal simulation and enclosure design are done in-house in Hong Kong.
- 03Prototype & validation
EVT/DVT builds go through signal integrity, thermal, EMC pre-scan and environmental testing.
- 04Volume production
SMT, inspection, box build and 100% burn-in on our Tai Po lines with full traceability.
- 05Global logistics
Consolidated shipping from Hong Kong to regional warehouses in Dubai, Frankfurt and Nairobi.
- 06Lifecycle support
Local RMA, firmware updates, change notifications and 7–10 year availability commitments.
14 offices across five regions
Our Hong Kong headquarters coordinates engineering, manufacturing and logistics, while regional offices bring sales, stock and service close to customers. Regional warehouses in Dubai, Frankfurt and Nairobi hold ready-to-ship inventory of our most popular models.
